My approach applies design thinking to navigating career decisions. Together, we’ll dig deep to identify what you truly want to get out of your career. Then I’ll leverage my experience as a Talent Acquisition leader to coach you through everything from networking and interviewing to negotiating your salary. My job is to help you transition into a new role with ease, self-mastery and confidence.
People Strategy Consulting
I partner with innovative companies to design impactful people programs and strategies, from recruiting to organizational design to learning and development. To do this, I leverage my 15 years of corporate HR experience. I've helped companies scale from the hundreds to the thousands while building world class people programs - from new hire onboarding to hiring strategies, manager training and Diversity & Inclusion strategies.
